As I say in the book, in no way do I claim professional association with the people from whose work I have drawn and subsequently formed my analysis and opinions to write this book. The book itself is therefore all my own work, so, any comments or criticism that it provokes should be directed at me and to no other person. I realise that this is a highly controversial subject for some.  I invite your comments, but please let them be of a constructive nature and not an attack to disagree with what I have said in the book. I am open to constructive criticism, for I am very aware that we all have the chance to learn a tremendous amount from the viewpoints of others, and I also know that the information I have presented in the book could be even further refined and expanded. Indeed, I would consider the book to be a resounding success if someone who has read it comes up with one of their own that is even more appropriate for presentation within the public arena.
